PAT questions motives of Rana Sanaullah on his anti-state statement

PAT has asked the Army Chief and the Apex Committee to take notice of the Punjab Law Minister’s statement regarding the state patronage of the defunct organizations.

This demand was made by PAT Deputy Secretary General Khawaja Amir Fareed Koreja, South Punjab President Fayyaz Warraich, and Secretary Coordination Sajid Bhatti in a meeting held at the PAT Central Secretariat. They also asked the Opposition leader Mian Mahmood-ur-Rashid to move a motion in the Punjab Assembly against the statement of the Law Minister asking him for a clarification on his statement.

Khawaja Amir Fareed Koreja said that the anti-Pakistan elements can use the statement of the minister against Pakistan. He said that the Law Minister should be asked as to why he gave a statement to a foreign media outlet and for what objectives. He said the statement of the minister is against the state.

The PAT leaders said that Rana Sanaullah is promoter and supporter of extremists and defunct organizations and his contact with the banned outfits are an open secret. They said that the law minister is the central character in the Model Town tragedy as well and he expressed his bias by accusing the state of Pakistan of providing patronage to the extremists. They said that his leader has not said even a word on the arrest of the RAW agent. They said that the statement of the minister proves that he does not want to see the Operation Zarb-e-Azb succeeding. They said that when the army took an action against Chotu gang, Rana Sanaullah and his cronies went out of themselves with rage.
