Senior PML-Q leader calls on Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri

Senior PML-Q leader Ajmal Wazir called on Chairman Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri at his residence in the Model Town on May 26. Matters relating to prevailing political situation and the Model Town tragedy came under discussion.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri said that nothing can beat the oppression committed in Model Town on June 17, 2014. He said that those who killed innocent people in broad daylight were no terrorists but known faces. He vowed that we would rest peacefully unless we get justice for Model town martyrs. He said that Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri is waging a relentless struggle against oppression, corruption, and terrorism. He said that unless the members of the predatory elite are held accountable for their actions, oppression would not end. He said that Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri will lead the protest on June 17.

PML-Q leader Ajmal Wazir said that the PAT workers rendered great sacrifices for rule of law, majesty of constitution and democracy. He said that we stand by PAT in its struggle for justice for the martyrs of Model Town tragedy. He said that his party would attend the protest on The Mall on June 17. He said that the oppressed have not been given justice despite passage of two years. He said that innocent people were martyred and fair investigation has not been carried out into case, adding that we would not allow the massacre of justice.

Ajmal Wazir said that if the conscience of rulers is clear, they should release the report of Justice Baqir Ali Najfi without any further delay.
