Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri talks about the fact that laws already exist in Western countries to curtail blasphemies but they are applied selectively. Defamation laws are used readily, quoting many recent examples. He talked of the action that is required to be taken at the international, OIC and national level to prevent such violations of basic human rights of 1.5 billion Muslims from recurring.
