Tuesday, July 08, 2014 - With the arrival of Pakistan Awmi Tehreek head Tahir ul Qadri, different kinds of rumours about him are in the air. No doubt there is a very effective section of society which follows Dr Tahir ul Qadri. Critics of Qadri says that he wants to destroy the process of democracy with his demands. All the political parties now are on the same page against Qadri for the sake democracy and the political system prevailing in Pakistan, now it is upto the people of Pakistan what they think about them. A section of society and majority of media are suspicious as to how Dr. Qadri could change the deep rooted system, while Allama Qadri has given his agenda on telephonic address to the nation on 11th May protest against last year election rigging. It is a reality of the time that Qadri has become the voice of common man; he is focussing on the lower class of this society.

We need to admit the facts as Hazrat Ali(R.A) said that don’t go on as to who is saying but see to it as what he is saying. It is fact that the system existing in Pakistan is only for upper class; Middle and lower classes have no voice or place in this system. Now there are two option for Qadri Sahib; first, if he goes for long march and recedes then it would be the end of his politics and the people would lose trust on him; and the second option is direct confrontation with the administration, which would be dangerous for the country. Need of hour is that government should show passion and react wisely. People are furious after the sad incident of Model town Lahore. No more chances for the government to repeat the Model Town incident. If it happens again then it would be disastrous for all.
