LAHORE: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) head Dr Tahir ul Qadri said that Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) has no importance or significance in the world affairs.

He made these remarks in reference to OIC’s silence over ongoing Israeli offensive in Gaza, where more than 600 Palestinians have lost their lives.

The OIC is just a meeting club, he said.

Coming back to his call for a green revolution, Dr. Qadri said that those involved in Model Town massacre claim to be democratic people.

He called upon the youth to become a force and block the path of oppression and cruelties.

“What can you say about a system, where only four constituencies could not be audited for rigging,” he questioned.

The state is bound to protect the life and property of peoples, he said, adding that millions of children are forced to remain illiterate.

“One PML-N MPA stormed a police station along with his guards and slapped police men,” added Qadri.
