LAHORE: The Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) leaders Raheeq Abbasi and Khurram Gandpur said Friday that government had made Gaza-like situation in Lahore in just three days of its oppression, ARY News reported.
Talking to ARY News, the PAT leaders said government was violating the privacy of individuals by ordering crackdown on PAT workers and supporters to halt them join the protest.
Over 500 PAT workers have been arrested since Thursday night, claimed the PAT leader Abbasi.
He said government had fetched more than 800 containers to block access to people in Minhaj Secretariat Lahore.
He categorically told that inspector general Punjab should avoid becoming a personal employee of chief minister. He said people should not be stopped from coming to Minhaj Secretariat for participation in Martyrs Days on Aug 10.
