No compromise will be made over Model town incident: Dr Qadri

ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan Awaami Tehreek (PAT) Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri announced on Sunday that doors for the negotiations are open and he is ready to talk even if Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif or Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif come to him, ARY News reported.

Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri said he will listen to everyone as its ‘Sunnah’ then he will explain his stance.

Following the unscheduled meeting with Railway Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique, PAT Chief addressed the supporters of ‘Inqilab March’ assuring that no compromise will be made on the charter of demands presented earlier. He advised workers to remain firm and soon they will be rewarded with the revolution.

“We are ready to listen and talk with everyone but one thing should be cleared that justice to the martyrs of Model Town incident is our prime demand and no concession would be given over it”, said Dr. Qadri.

He warned that Parliament house will be turned into the graveyard of martyrs if culprits of Model town incidents wouldn’t held accountable.

Declaring government responsible for the delay in dialogue, Allama Tahir-ul-Qadri said previously they were not ready to talk about Model Town incident that resulted in the deadlock.

Prior to his address Khawaja Saad Rafique- one of the nominees in PAT’s FIR for model town incident met Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri in the container.

Khawaja Saad Rafique told Dr. Qadri that the government is ready to talk about the Model Town incident in order to end the deadlock in the dialogues.
