ARY News: We are here to teach lesson of democracy, says Dr. Qadri

ISLAMABAD: Chairman of Pakistan Awaami Tehreek (PAT) Allama Tahir ul Qadri said on Sunday that corruption and bad governance has badly harmed the country which is full of resources, ARY News reported.

Addressing to the supporters of Inqilab March in Islamabad, Allama Tahir-ul-Qadri said present government is heading towards corruption and they [protesters] leading the country in the direction of transparency.

Dr Qadri, who was suffering from fever, expressed apology to the participants of ‘Inqilab March’ for addressing with the delay.

Tahir-ul-Qadri congratulated Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) for holding a successful public gathering in Karachi.

Dr Qadri said at one side PAT is conducting a peaceful protest with discipline and harmony while on the other hand government is busy in doing oppression and arresting non-violent workers of PAT.

He termed current parliament as ‘Graveyard’ of democracy adding that participants of ‘Inqilab March’ have gathered to teach the lesson of democracy and humanity.

PAT Chief said that passion of marchers is extreme and it cannot be defeated.
