PAT to bring change by contesting elections: Tahirul Qadri

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri has announced to make PAT a political party and contest elections in order to bring a change in the country. He has said that he will go to all four provinces in order to convince them to join the movement for revolution. He announced to hold public gatherings in Faisalabad on 12th of October and in Lahore on 19th of October.
Addressing the sit-in today (Thursday) in Islamabad, PAT chief said that he will contest elections to smash the idol of this system. Announcing his manifesto on this occasion, Tahirul Qadri said that every Pakistani will get food, cloth, shelter, education, employment and justice. “Powers will trickle down to grass-roots and women will enjoy a better status in society”, said Dr. Qadri. He said that he will announce the schedule of later public gathering during Lahore rally. He directed the workers to start preparing for Faisalabad and Lahore public meetings.
