LAHORE: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) has announced countrywide protest on December 17.

The PAT Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur said in this scribe that the party has announced the protest against no government action against Model Town tragedy as six months have been completing for the incident.

He said on the occasion rallies will bring out in throughout the country in a protest against the government.

The secretary general said the PAT allied parties will also participate in the rallies.

It is pertinent to mention here that on June 17 as many as 14 people were killed 100 others injured by straight firing of Punjab police on the PAT workers and supporters.
