PAT chief Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has expressed his shock and grief over the loss of precious lives in a tragic earthquake, which struck Nepal on April 25 causing grave loss to human lives and properties in the landlocked country. Dr Qadri said the huge destruction and devastation caused by the earthquake require urgent rescue, relief and rehabilitation measures to mitigate the sufferings of the people of Nepal. He expressed sympathies for the families of victims of the deadly tremors. He also prayed for the wellbeing of the people of Nepal affected by the natural disaster as well as their recovery from the trauma and pain. Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri has expressed condolences to the families of those killed in the devastating earthquake in Nepal and the neighbouring region including India.
