The formal notification of newly elected chapter of PAT Central Punjab was issued here today. PAT Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur issued the notification after endorsement of Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri. According to the notification, Basharat Aziz Jaspal was notified as President, Mushtaq Nonari as General Secretary, Khan Abdul Qayum Khan as senior vice President, Asif Sulehria as vice President, Mian Rehan Maqbool as vice President, Syed Shahid Shah as vice President, Qari Mazhar Faridi as vice President, Ch. Mazhar Iqbal Dewana as vice President, Malik Basit Mahmood as Deputy Secretary General whereas Azhar Abbas Chatha, Haji Muhammad Ashraf and Najam-us-Saqib as members of the executive committee. PAT President Dr Raheeq Abbasi has congratulated the newly elected office bearers on notification of their assignments and hoped that they would discharge their responsibilities to the best of their capability and try to come up to expectations of their leader. The important meeting of newly elected body will be held on May 06 in which important matters such as reorganization of local chapters in central Punjab, membership campaign and a course of action for seeking justice for Model Town victims will come under discussion.
