PAT Chairman Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has gifted the nation with Islamic Curriculum on Peace and Counter-Terrorism on the occasion of the country’s 68th Independence Day, for which he deserves to be congratulated. He said that the PAT and MQI workers make a pledge with the nation that they would continue to wage their peaceful struggle to change the system of loot and plunder.
These views were expressed by Amir of MQI Sahibzada Faiz-ur-Rehman Durrani while addressing a ceremony held at the central secretariat in connection with the Independence Day celebrations. A cake was cut and a prayer was made for the country’s progress and stability of the country. Allama Farhat Hussain Shah, Rana Muhammad Idrees, Allama Muhammad Hussain Azad, Rafique Najam, Tayyab Zia, Saeed Akhtar and others were also present on the occasion.
Faiz-ur-Rehman Durrani said that we pay tributes to the martyrs of revolution march and the Operation Zarb-e-Azb on this day. He said that the officers and jawans of Pakistan military have gifted the nation with peace by offering the sacrifices of their lives and the martyrs of Model Town raised awareness about the oppressive system and its guardians and imparted the masses a lesson of remaining steadfast against oppression by accepting martyrdom.
