PAT will file a reference with the Election Commission for disqualification of the Prime Minister. PAT senior leader and advocate, Ishtiaq Chaudhry, would send the reference under Articles 62 & 63. Talking to media, Ishtiaq Chaudhry Advocate said that the Prime Minister has failed to give satisfactory answers to the questions regarding his sources of income with reference to the Panama leaks. He said that he concealed his assets from the Election Commission and consequently he has not been ‘Sadiq and Ameen’ as enshrined in the Constitution. Therefore, he is no more qualified to remain member of the National Assembly.
